Booking terms

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
• All original, readable tickets and vouchers are sent to the registered email address. Please make sure the email you enter at checkout is correct.
• All prices are shown and charged in the currency displayed at checkout.
• Please arrive at the attraction or pickup point on time with your voucher and a valid ID. No-shows are not refunded.
• Pickup/transfer details (hotel, address, flight number) must be accurate; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
